Till when I will be able to access the tests?

Tests can be accessed for 1 year from Supermocks Full Acess (1 Year Plan) purchase date

When will my Plan expire?

Plan you’ve purchased. Validity of the Plan is mentioned on the Plan and you can also check it in your account settings or on Plan. You will also be notified through the mail & SMS when your plan will be reaching to expiry.

Will I be able to access my unattempted tests & Reports of attempted tests after my Plan expires?

No, You should attempt all your tests before your Plan expires. After your Plan expires you won't be able to view the reports of attempted tests. To attempt the remaining tests and to view reports you have to renew it to access unattempted and new tests.

What happens if I renew the Plan before the expiry date?

If you renew the Plan before the expiry date, the duration of Plan simply gets added to the remaining days in your currently active Plan. For example, if you renew your monthly Plan 5 days before the expiry date, your renewed Plan will now be valid for a total of 370 days.

Can I attempt a test multiple times?

A test can be attempted only once. However, reports of the attempted tests can be viewed as many times as you want.

I do not have online payment activated, can I use any other mode for payment?

You can use your Debit card, ATM card, Credit card, Netbanking account or payment wallets like Paytm to pay for the package. If you do not have any of the above payment methods, send us an email at info@examo.com and we will share the alternative option

Will I get the refund if I want to stop using it before the Plan expiry?

This case does not qualify for a refund!

If I renew the Plan, can I get to reattempt the tests that I have already taken?

No, attempted tests cannot be re-attempted.
